Located 3 blocks from downtown Lake Geneva and all the action of the public beach, shopping, amazing restaurants, coffee shops and more, this fully renovated & charming duplex is a lovely destination if you’re traveling with another family, multiple couples, grandparents, or a larger group who would appreciate their own private space but still love to spend their vacation days together! Easily walk to all the fun that Lake Geneva has to offer, while retreating to a quiet neighborhood home to rest and recoup.

This historic 1860s duplex has been renovated top to bottom with modern upgrades and beautiful boho design. The upstairs unit has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchenette with everything from a regular kitchen minus a full-size oven/stove, a full bathroom, and a private patio space. The downstairs unit has two bedrooms with queen beds, a small extra room with a daybed (great for kiddos), a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. You have access to a spacious backyard with plenty of lounge seating, a firepit, grill, herb & veggie garden, and yard games for warm weather fun!

Because we often travel with our own little ones, we wanted to make it as convenient as possible for families with kids. Both units come equipped with air mattresses, a high chair, a pack-n-play, an umbrella stroller, and kids’ toys and games. Both units come with internet, a Smart TV, games, fresh sheets and towels, and cozy lounge areas for your group to hang out and connect.

Note: Because this is an older home, the downstairs unit layout is a bit quirky! The two guestrooms have a jack-and-jill bathroom with sole access from these two rooms, meaning those staying in the primary bedroom would need to sneak through one of the other two rooms to get to the bathroom. The small room with a daybed has a curtain instead of a door, to allow others easy access into the bathroom. It’s a great room for kiddos to stay in for this reason!

Neighborhood Description:

There are so many amazing places to see and visit while you are in town—and our location is PERFECT! Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva, our guests do not need a car! We are in Maple Park Historic District, which boasts some of Lake Geneva's oldest buildings dating back 170 years. Take a walk around the neighborhood and look for the homes that bear oval plaques of the year built.

You can head downtown to rent bicycles or begin walking around the lake to gaze at the gorgeous lake homes (26 miles all the way around!). Walk to grab a coffee or a beer! If you want to see what's around Williams Bay, Fontana, or Delavan, you are only a 10-15 minute drive away.
